How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed directly by the App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID/Google Account > Subscriptions, and selecting CV Maker Pro+.
Are my generated resumes private?
Yes. Your initial data is processed locally. When you use AI features (like ATS Analysis), data is securely sent to AI servers (OpenAI) for processing and is discarded after generation. We do not use your resume to train AI models.
I changed my phone. How do I restore my purchase?
If you are using the same Apple ID or Google Play account, simply go to the Paywall/Upgrade screen in the app and tap the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom.
Why does the app need Camera/Photo access?
Camera and Photo access is strictly required to allow you to add a profile picture to your professional resume templates. Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly share your generated PDF.
